COPAA is the only national membership organization of special education attorneys, advocates, related professionals, and parents with over 3400 members. The annual COPAA conference is the premier event in this field and draws over 750 attendees from across the country for in person intensive training, workshops, meetings and networking. Participating in the conference is one of the best ways to become engaged with hundreds of decision makers and also introduce your program, services and/or products to tens’ of thousands through COPAA's website and marketing efforts.

Sponsor Information

COPAA values the partnership with our sponsors and appreciates what you bring to the COPAA community. We provide opportunities for you to reach COPAA members and conference participants before, during, and after the conference. We have enhanced the benefits by providing increased recognition of our sponsors and additional opportunities for one-on-one interaction. COPAA’s website is extremely active, and sponsorship includes space on our website with hotlink, social media, email notifications, newsletters, print promotion, and other benefits commensurate with the level of sponsorship. Below are the different of levels of sponsorship and the benefits.

Sponsorship Exhibiting Schedule: 2025 Conference

• Sponsor Only Reception, Set Up (optional) Thursday, March 6th, 4:45 pm - 5:00 pm
• Sponsor Only Reception with attendees, Thursday, March 6th, 5:00-6:30 pm
• Exhibits: Set Up: Friday, March 7th, 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Exhibits Open: Friday, March 7th, 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Exhibits Open: Saturday, March 8th, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

*All Sponsors that provide direct services to individuals must submit current Behavioral Management Policy and Procedures on the use of restraint, seclusion, or use  of adverse interventions to COPAA. Your policy must be reviewed and deemed to be consistent with the COPAA Declaration of Principles prior to final acceptance. If you are a returning sponsor, please provide an e-mail statement if policy and procedures have not changed since last COPAA review.  Email to  marcie@copaa.org

Acceptance of Sponsors is subject to review. COPAA continues to reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject requests for exhibit space at the Annual COPAA Conference. Registration is not considered confirmed until COPAA has received online registration and approved.
