Is your child struggling in school with misbehavior that interferes with their education, social interaction or that has not lessened with discipline? Children are supposed to break the rules sometimes. Testing limits is how they learn about themselves and the world. Sometimes, however, exhibiting challenging behaviors can interfere with your child’s learning, or the learning of other children in the classroom.  This session reviews the basics of your child’s rights and possible solutions to request at the IEP table, using positive and preventative approaches.

This session is free for COPAA parent members. For registration information, visit the Parent Discussion Community of COPAA Connect and click on the events tab.
