SEAT is currently conducting the second cohort of training, with classes operating in New York and Southern California. COPAA co-directs the project under a grant from the University of Southern California. The SEAT Project is funded by the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP), to develop and field-test a uniform training program to produce competent special education advocates.
