Exhibiting at COPAA's Annual Conference is an opportunity for your organization to reach individuals from across the country face to face who are influential in the decision making process for services and accommodations provided to students with disabilities. The Fairmont Dallas hotel offers a fabulous exhibit space in a common high traffic area which all conference attendees visit often. Our Friday night welcome reception takes place right in the exhibit area! COPAA has a limited amount of exhibitor tables available, and they will sell out again this year and are assigned on a first come basis.

For Profit Organization: $825

Not for Profit Organization: $525 (Please provide proof nonprofit status)

Fees (after 1/11/17)

For Profit Organization: $875

Not for Profit Organization: $575

Includes:

  •  6’ draped table, two chairs
  •  Up to Two exhibitor staff badges
  •  35 word Listing in COPAA’s Conference Compendium of Materials
  •  Electronic copy of Attendee List with e-mail address after the conference concludes
  •  Friday Reception and Saturday Breakfast and Lunch for 1 person. An additional person can join us by purchasing Online Store under Misc. 2017 Additional Exhibitor Meals. Fee is $100
  • Additional person(s) can join us for the fee of $100 each

 Schedule:

  • Set Up: Friday, March 3rd, 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm
  • Exhibits Open: Friday, March 3rd, 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Exhibits Open: Saturday, March 4th, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

*All Exhibitors that provide direct services to individuals must submit policies and procedures on the use of restraint, seclusion, or use of aversive interventions to COPAA. Your policy must be reviewed and deemed to be consistent with the COPAA Declaration of Principles prior to final acceptance. If you are a returning sponsor/exhibitor, please provide an e-mail statement if policy and procedures have not changed. E-mail to: marcie(at)copaa.org


Acceptance of an Exhibitor is subject to review. COPAA continues to reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject requests for exhibit space at the Annual COPAA Conference. Registration is not considered confirmed until COPAA has received all required information and approved.
