Ken Archibald Memorial Scholarship Fund

Ken Archibald, devoted husband of our friend and COPAA Board Member Rose Marie Archibald has passed away. In memory of Ken, COPAA has created the Ken Archibald Scholarship Fund. Donations will go to assist individuals who are at or below the federal poverty level attend the COPAA conference. Rose Marie has been COPAA's Conference Chair and the Conference is very important to her. She has dedicated her life to working for the rights of those with limited incomes and this fund was created to honor the way in which Rose Marie and Ken lived their lives.
