COPAA is the only national membership organization of special education parents, attorneys and advocates. The annual COPAA conference draws over three hundred members from across the country for intensive training, workshops, and meetings, and as such is one of the best ways to reach hundreds of decision makers to promote your business and its services, as well as promote your interest in supporting excellence in special education for students with disabilities nationwide. Exhibitor Information: Exhibitors will be able to exhibit in the Ballroom Foyer, a high traffic area which all conferees will access as follows:

Friday, March 7nd 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Saturday, March 8th 8:00 am – 8:00 pm

Specific information regarding set-up and break-down will be sent with acceptance letters.

You may purchase either a Full Exhibit Table, or share space with others as part of our Take-One Exhibit Area.

Exhibit Tables: An Exhibit Table at the COPAA Conference is an excellent opportunity for a representative from your organization to personally reach individuals from across the country who are influential in the decision making process for services and accommodations provided to students with disabilities.

Take-One Exhibit Area – this service is available for the distribution of free brochures and other material from your company, if you are unable to send a representative to staff a full exhibit table. Pamphlets, brochures, cards, leaflets, magazines and similar material will be displayed prominently so that those visiting the exhibit area can help themselves. This exhibit is for paid “Take-One” exhibitors ONLY, on a first come first serve basis. COPAA staff will set up the display and visit the exhibit regularly to replenish the materials. Each exhibitor for this area will be included in the list of exhibitors. A fee of $100.00 will be charged for each set of brochures, leaflets, booklets, or packets of information that is displayed. This fee includes the exhibitor’s listing and regular servicing of the exhibitor’s materials. Unused materials will not be returned.

Please send in the application and fee to COPAA by January 15, 2008. Individuals wishing to participate in the Take One Table are requested to include a sample of each brochure to be displayed with your application/contract. COPAA will send a letter indicating the status of your application.

Compendium of Materials. We prefer the ads to be in either .pdf or .jpg format. The deadline to receive
advertisements is Feb 1st.
