Exhibitor Information: Exhibits are in a high traffic area which all conference attendees visit often. The  COPAA Friday Night Welcome Reception takes place in the exhibit area!!

Take-One Exhibit Area

Fee $150

If you are unable to send a representative to staff a full exhibit table – this service is available for the distribution of free brochures and other material from your company.  Pamphlets, brochures, cards, leaflets, magazines and similar material are displayed prominently on a “help yourself” table. This exhibit is for paid “Take-One” exhibitors ONLY, on a first come first serve basis. COPAA staff  set up the display and visit the exhibit regularly to replenish the materials. Each exhibitor for this area is included in the list of exhibitors.  Unused materials are not be returned. Individuals wishing to participate in the Take One Table are requested to include a sample of each brochure to be displayed with your application/contract.  Requests for Take One tables are subject to approval by COPAA.  You will be sent a letter indicating the status of your application.

Program Compendium Advertisements
The following advertisement sizes are available for purchase. Ads are included in the 2012 Conference Compendium of Materials distributed to all attendees and for sale throughout the year.  The ads must be submitted in .pdf or .jpg format. The deadline to receive advertisements is January 15^th.
