COPAA Annual Conference

2012 COPAA Conference, Hilton Miami Downtown

March 8-11, 2012



Miami Hilton Downtown ImageMake plans now to be at the 14th Annual COPAA Conference in Miami, Florida. In addition to the fabulous selection of informative sessions on special education advocacy available only at the COPAA Conference, Miami offers a plethora of experiences for visitors looking to escape the cold winter for the warmth of South Florida. New hotels, spas, restaurants, night clubs, retail outlets and other attractions continue to add to the destination’s appeal as a tropical paradise with a chic, cosmopolitan atmosphere, setting the stage for a glamorous winter escape. The Hilton is providing a Complimentary Shuttle Service to the COPAA Attendees on Friday and Saturday for dine-arounds (one night South Beach and one night Mary Brickell Village).

2012 COPAA Conference Group Rate – $139.00 Single/Double (plus tax, which is currently 13%). The COPAA Group Rate is available for the block of rooms held until February 21, 2012 or until sold out. After that date reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.

Continuing Legal Education Units (CLE)

COPAA is an approved provider in IL and AK. The conference is approved for credit with The Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Application is pending with the Florida Bar Legal Specialization and Education.  The COPAA Conference has total available CLE hours as follows: 20.25 general hrs and 1.25 ethical instruction hours. Attendees are provided a certificate of attendance onsite and are responsible to submit individually to the applicable accrediting body. Check your state accrediting body for reciprocity with Illinois, Ohio, Florida or Alaska
